The main problem people face when climbing Kilimanjaro is Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS). If not treated AMS can lead to more serious condition like High Altitude Pulmonary Edema (HAPE) and High Altitude Cerebral Edema(CERE). Safety is our primary responsibility and so we have well trained Guides who are certified by Wilderness First Aid Responder and Porters who have attended First Aid Courses.
